As a seasoned real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience, I bring a unique perspective to my  role as Managing Partner of PNW Investment Properties, a family office  focused on real estate investments, special situation lending and asset  management. My passion for creating long-term success through  value-driven investments, combined with my strong sense of integrity and  commitment to creating win-win outcomes, has allowed me to build  meaningful relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.

I have a proven track record of success, having personally managed and  supervised the acquisition, disposition, renovation, and construction of  over $1 billion in global real estate assets.

My extensive experience in the industry include 12 years as the President of a national US real estate investment company and my time establishing  and building the US real estate management operation for a Japan based  asset manager.

I hold a Bachelor's in Finance from The Norwegian  School of Management, and my time as an officer in the Royal Norwegian  Navy has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and leadership.  Fluent in English, Japanese, and Norwegian, and licensed as a Real  Estate Broker in the State of Washington,
